The ENHWI-ARG-RLAM is an IEEE 802.11G compliant wireless router with four built-in switch ports. It offers the broadband wireless technology with high speed up to 54Mbps, and it is backward compatible with all the existing 802.11b products. This high-performance IEEE 802.11G based router allows all the wireless PCs to connect to it instantly. With the integrated 4-port fast Ethernet switch, users can connect an additional four computers or devices to it as well. This device provides the simplest solution to share and extend your high-speed DSL/cable modem Internet connection, with or without wires. The ENHWI-GATE5-NT provides not only the ease of Internet access, but also the privacy of data transmission. Network Address Translation (NAT) provides your network with protection from intruders, while the 64 and 128-bit WEP encryption standard protects your wireless network with maximum privacy. With the DHCP Server and VPN Pass through, users can now allocate a specific range of IP addresses to its client, while the Virtual Private Network (VPN) allows the user to set up a more advanced network topology. Additional security features include URL blocking, DoS attack detecting, packet and domain filtering, thus providing a more secure environment for the network.
