The following Terms and conditions of sale constitute the entire contract between i-BIS Computer, Inc. (Seller) and the Buyer. This order is subject to the approval of Seller at its Headquarters in Fremont, California.

Sellers acceptance of any offer is expressly conditioned on Buyers assent to the following terms and conditions and those on the face hereof. No order will be accept subject to any terms and conditions appear on buyers purchase order or other documents. Seller hereby object to any terms that are different from or in addition to any of terms contained herein, all of which are overridden by the terms and conditions herein.

• No returns/repairs will be accepted without prior authorization or a RMA number, a copy of an invoice and Sellers standards Return Authorization Form. All claim and return and returns must be submitted to the facility indicated by Seller.
• A 15% restocking fee will be applied on all returns. No credit/refund will be issued after twenty (20) days of invoices date.
• All products shall be deemed accepted by Buyer unless, within three (3) days of delivery. Buyer shall notify Seller in writing that such products are damaged or defective on arrival. Any claims for shortages must be made to Seller in writing within three (3) days of delivery.
• All unpaid balances are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month if not paid on time according to terms stated on the dace hereof.
• If the amount due i-BIS Computer, Inc. must be collected by or through an attorney, Buyer will be responsible for all legal fees.
• A $25.00 fee will be charged on any returned check.
• All products carry a standard one (1) year warranty unless otherwise stated.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any provision of there terms and conditions prohibited by the laws of any state or other jurisdiction shall be ineffective to the extent if such prohibitions.

The Seller shall not be bound by statements made by any representatives of Seller, which are not contained in these terms and conditions.
